Will I have to pay import duties?
No, we include import duties in our pricing for you. If you do get a request to pay for import duties from customs, please contact us at info@bayardequestrian.art so we can resolve the issue.
When will I receive my order?
In-stock products are shipped within 2 business days of your purchase. Art prints are custom made to order and may require up to 7 business days for production.
Do you offer faster options for shipping and handling?
Please contact us at info@bayardequestrian.art if you are interested in a rush order or expedited shipping and we will do our best to accommodate.
Can I change my order?
If you need to make a change to your order (shipping address, product quantity, or product), please contact us as soon as possible at info@bayardequestrian.art so that we can attempt to make adjustments.
How can I return my item(s)?

What size print should I order?
We offer our prints in two size formats: inches and centimeters. If you’re in a region where inches are the framing standard (such as the US), we recommend selecting the inch-based sizes. For countries using the metric system, the centimeter variants are the best choice.
Our prints are designed to fit standard frame sizes, including those with or without a passe-partout (mat). For the most refined presentation, we recommend using a passe-partout, as it enhances the artwork’s visual impact.
Please note that for the common 20 x 29 cm passe-partout window, our A4 print size (21 x 29.7 cm) fits optimally.
For a 29 x 39 cm window, our 30 x 40 cm prints are the best choice.
Please note that some borders might be visible, based on the artwork. We design our products to accommodate to modern frames, but this is sometimes unavoidable based on the original dimensions of the artwork.
Can I ship my order directly to another recipient as a gift?
Yes, you will have the opportunity to provide us with a shipping address that is different from your billing address during checkout. All of our orders ship without pricing information.
How do you handle invoices?
To reduce our carbon footprint, we do not include any printed invoice in our packaging. If you require an electronic invoice, you can contact us at info@bayardequestrian.art.
